This is the Terms of Use of the Wisr Today Invite Partner Subscription (Invite Partner Subscription) as provided by Wisr Limited ACN 004 661 205, Wisr Finance Pty Limited ACN 119 503 221 and Wisr Services Pty Limited ACN 616 806 949 (Wisr, we, us and our).

Your use of the Invite Partner Subscription is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions and disclaimers (Wisr Today Invite Partner Terms of Use) contained within this document and elsewhere on this website or the App.

Your broader use of, or access to this website and our products and services which includes the Credit Scores Check service, and the Wisr App (App) is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms of Use detailed here.

What is it

The Invite Partner Subscription allows one user (the “Inviter”) to provide free access to Wisr Today for one other user (the “Invited”). The Inviter user must have an active paid subscription to be eligible. The Invited user will receive free access to Wisr Today until the Inviter user’s subscription expires. The Invited user’s subscription will be at the same level of access, as the Inviter user.

Cancellations

If the Inviter user cancels their subscription at any time, the Invited user’s subscription will also be cancelled.

If the Inviter user does not renew their subscription, the Invited user’s subscription will also be cancelled.

We may remove access from the Invited user at any time if we feel you 

1. have misrepresented the reason for your submission

2. any of the other terms as detailed in our standard Terms of Use

Additional terms

The Invited user is not eligible to invite an additional user. The Invited user is not eligible for a refund whilst they are on their free subscription. The Invited user may purchase a standard subscription at any time to remove these constraints.
