Subscriptions are handled through the app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store). All prices listed are in AUD$. If you are a paid subscriber you have access to our Paid Services. You will be responsible for any charges and fees (including recurring fees) you selected at the time of subscription. Applicable taxes, and other charges and fees incurred in order to access the Paid Services may also apply.

We may offer a free trial with your subscription. Free trials are only offered for your first subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancel at least one day before each renewal to avoid being charged. Plans automatically renew until cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription must be done via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 

If you downloaded via the Apple App Store, please follow these instructions to cancel. For Google Play play please follow these instructions to cancel. Apple or Google may update the content on these links at any time.

Subscription refund policy

Our refund policy is set out below.

If you are a Google Play subscriber you may request a refund by contacting us. If you are unhappy with your purchase we provide refunds up to 60 days after purchase.

If you are an Apple App Store subscriber you must contact Apple directly. Apple do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Please try contacting Apple directly through https://support.apple.com/contact or by calling their support number.
