A vulnerable customer is someone who is disadvantaged by their situation. This disadvantage can come from any number of circumstances. Any one of us can become vulnerable at some point in our lives, and the situation may be temporary or long-term.

You may be eligible for financial hardship assistance if you can no longer make your loan repayments. Our financial hardship page runs through the options available and how you can apply.
We understand that not everyone can talk at any given time. If your situation is sensitive due to a financial or domestic abuser, you can use our contact form to request a callback from us at a safe time.
