Introducing Clarify & Reply

Love it when something saves you a bit of time? Well, let us introduce you to Clarify & Reply. This is one of our latest Partner Portal upgrades that will make loan turnaround times even quicker here at Wisr. Here’s a quick overview of what it is and how you can make the most of our new process.

What is Clarify & Reply?

Clarify & Reply is what we’ve named our latest Partner Portal upgrade. It refers to the way that brokers can respond to clarification questions from Wisr loan assessors.

As you’ll know, sometimes before a loan can be approved, an assessor will need to clarify a few things about the application. We’ve had a close look at this process and streamlined it so it’s both easier for brokers and our assessors to communicate.

What’s specifically changing for brokers?

This is the most important bit. Previously, Wisr brokers needed to email us their responses to the clarification questions. This is about to change.

Instead, the clarification questions will appear in the Partner Portal where you can answer them directly. Once you’ve submitted your response, the question will be removed. 

Don’t worry though, we will still send you an email to notify you that there is a clarification question that needs to be addressed. Just click on the link in the email to respond in the Partner Portal instead of replying to the email.

Main takeaway for Wisr brokers:

❌ Please no longer email us responses to assessor clarifications

✅ Add your responses directly in the Partner Portal

Why are we making the change?

There are a heap of benefits to this upgrade. Primarily, it’ll save you time and make it easier for you to keep track of each Wisr application’s clarification questions. 

Benefits of Clarify & Reply

  • It’ll be easier to find, track and respond to clarification questions from our assessors 

  • We'll receive your answers immediately and are notified as soon as they’re sent

  • There'll be quicker turnaround times on Wisr loan processing 

This change will come into effect soon, so keep an eye out when submitting your next loan application.
