Automated Clarifications it the next evolution of our Clarify & Reply feature, designed to save brokers time and speed up the loan process. This works by automatically triggering key clarification question after an application is submitted.

We’ve just launched our redesigned Partner Portal - built with your feedback at the core. Here’s what’s new:

• Live loan statuses now available

• Instantly view and manage applications 

• Quick access to key resources

Wisr Secured Personal Loans gives your clients access to lower rates starting from 5.70% p.a. (comparison rate 7.14% p.a.¹).

It's available through the same simple application process you already know and love. Just select the new Secured Personal Loan option in the form - it's that easy!

On the broker portal document upload screen, you can now add notes for the assessor relating to the uploaded document. Eliminating the need to follow up any notes via email.

We’ve improved the look and flow of our loan application form! Plus, it flags errors as you fill it in, saving you time later.

Clarify & Reply is our new process for responding to assessor clarification questions that will make Wisr loan processing and turnaround times even faster! This means, you no longer have to reply to clarification questions from our assessors via email, instead you can respond directly in the Partner Portal.

Exciting news! Instead of using a net serviceability ratio (NSR), Wisr now uses your clients’ cash surplus to calculate the serviceability of loan agreements. You can find the loan serviceability calculator in the loan application form side bar within our Partner Portal. 

This update helps you see in real time if a loan is serviceable while getting a Wisr rate estimate. Not only does this prevent our brokers from submitting non-serviceable loan applications that would result in hard credit checks for your clients, it's also a handy indication if any information has been entered incorrectly.

Easier for you, better for us. This upgrade is truly an all-round win-win. Team Wisr has just upgraded how you upload loan application documents required for assessment in the Partner Portal. 

This update means that you can now:

• See which documents are required specifically for your client so we can start assessing their loan application 

• Upload the documents directly to the Partner Portal 

• Check your document upload history to remind yourself what’s been sent

This smarter, more streamlined approach will make it much easier for you to track and stay updated on the progress of your clients’ applications. 

We’ll also be making improvements to how you send us client documents further along in the loan application journey soon, so watch this space!

You can now help your clients reach even more of their goals with Wisr! If your client already has a Wisr loan and is now looking to fund a new project, a second loan with us could be an option for them. This means that even more of your clients will be able to keep all their borrowing in one place and easily manage both their loans from Wisr App.
