Kate is an employee experience and wellness enthusiast with a love for all things that involve the ocean or tacos.
When she’s not thinking about how make the lives of Wise Ones even more fulfilling, you might find her reading an adventure novel, camping off grid with her partner and pup or listening to music at a local brewery.
Q1Why do you love working at Wisr?
I love the space, freedom and trust to experiment, build and fail. For me, Wisr is like a blank canvas with loads of opportunity at ever turn. Since joining, I’ve explored parts of myself and my career that haven’t been possible at any other organisation. It’s a truly special place.
