The share registry records any changes in share ownership, issues shareholding statements and manages dividend payments (if applicable). By providing your shareholder information, you’ll be able to:

1. Access the Annual Report, AGM documentation and Notice of Meeting 

2. Update your personal details 

3. Your SRN/HIN. If you have elected to be Issuer Sponsored, your holding statement is enclosed in your welcome pack from Link. If you are broker sponsored, your CHESS Statement will be forwarded to you by the Australian Securities Exchange. It is important that you check your shareholding statement to ensure it is correct and keep the statement secure as it contains your unique HIN or SRN.
